Learning how to balance fitness and starting this new business with mother & wife duties as well as just my own personal wellness in mind has actually been pretty smooth sailing this last month! Lately I’ve been waking up at 550am so I can get downstairs and workout in the studio before everyone else wakes up. It helps to workout first thing in the morning, it’s my me time and I’m free to do what I want after training my morning clients. Then I get Mark ready for the bus and Mike’s busy getting off to work. Today I didn’t quite finish my workout and was trying to get a few more reps in before Mark got on the bus. My bookie baby loves to watch his mommy do all these weird movements. So happy to have a supportive loving husband who cheers me on every step of the way.
